group44's aggregate liability to any individual member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits group44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by group44's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The group44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. group44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no representations as to the suitability of any game or product for a particular purpose.
